Label maker cut-offs

We all try to avoid using label makers but if you do have to use it for a project, you can think of a way of reducing waste by re-using the cut-offs. Here foam cut-offs were used to secure fragile material for transport. The label maker cut-offs and tape serve as handles so that the foam pieces can be removed without risk to the material underneath.

Sustainability in Conservation is an online network providing resources and information about environmentally responsible practices  in art conservation and related fields. Within a practice that produces so much waste, we hope to inspire collaboration and awareness to make cultural heritage a more sustainable profession.
