I wanted to share a great product that I think could be really useful in conservation. After Touch Instant Wipes are available in basic grocery/convenience stores in Australia and online. They're made of a cotton derivative called viscose, which is stronger than cotton itself. They come ready for travel in a little tablet form, and can be expanded by any liquid you want to add to them. The ingredients are all natural and nontoxic. Best of all, the product breaks down in light over time and can be composted.
These seem like a more sustainable option for a wipe or swab, especially for those located in Australia already! I'll add a few pictures here so you can see what they look like as tablets and when expanded.
